Three weeks ago I managed to get back on the water again, 2 months after my Back Operation.
The GPS readout showed me that my Velocity Made Good (VMG) was really bad on my starboard tack (half the speed of my port tack).
So what followed was 3 weeks of hard work and finally I am close to my old level.
