Tip: vervoer uitrusing in vliegtuig

Hi Guys! I´ve been sending e-mails to different airlines to know how much it would cost to transport a snowboard. they all told me that transporting ski´s equipment was free of charge. I then asked about transporting a wakeboard of 142cm. With most of the airlines i would have to pay an extra fee!!! a snowboard is often bigger than 142cm, strange no? There is an exception and it´s KLM. If your equipment doesn´t exceed 165cm, it is free of charge. So be aware, if you´re not flying KLM, just tell them you have a snowboard in your bag...
