I m kiting for 1 year. I learned in Martinique in May 2003 for 2 weeks. Nice place to learn! Then I tried to practise in Belgium, The Nederlands and France.Much more difficult than in Martinique! In July I went to Tarifa for one week, really nice place but not to learn. In November, I went to la Manga(Spain) for one week. Nice place to learn but no wind at all... In December I went to Almanarre(France).Not bad but more for windsurfers. And finally thekitetrip of my life... ISLA MARGARITA VENEZUELA!!! 2 weeks full wind, flat water(el Coche and Cubagua), pretty stable! I learned more int wo weeks than in one year! My next trip: I m going to Hurghada(Egypt) the 30 th of May for one week. And every week end i m going to the belgian, holland or french coast! The best board I've ever tried ! After my kitetrip in Egypt, I would like to take part to competitions in Belgium.
