To preform this trick make sure that you have some flat water and space to go downwind. You need to be able to unhook without a problem and to keep your kite at one position with one hand.
Get some decent speed, go slowly a bit downwind and unhook. At the same time keep your kite at a 45 degrees angle, this will make it easier to land wrapped. Because when you land, you will pull at your back hand and this will make your kite go up to twelve o’clock. This is not what you want when you make your Pop To Wrapped.
Now your board is pointing downwind and you’re holding your bar with one hand. This is the moment to make the pop and a back side 360 degrees rotation. You will land again heel side, but now “wrapped” up with you bar behind your back.
Now you can easily pass the bar, hook in again and ride away for your next trick.
* During the pop and rotation keep in mind that you have to hold on to the bar. In the beginning it will feel weird, because your arm is totally wrapped around you, but you will get used to it very quick.
