Cindy Australia Travel Story
Rainbow Beach is at the base of Fraser Island, the world’s biggest sand island with a reputation for multi-hued sands, beautiful fresh water lakes and dingo’s (Australian native wild dogs). Getting there didn’t have to be a challenge since you can take a 2hr drive up a motorway further inland. But why get amongst the traffic when you can take the coast road – or in our case, the sand road.
