| Once upon a time… When he created the first Naish Wave Party 3 years ago in Brittany, Freddy Vallat found the magic formula. The name Robby Naish is emblematic for a whole generation of riders and all board sports are more and more present in France, surf as well as kitesurf. Riders, media and sponsors get behind the idea, instant success, Freddy and Robby have just one idea in their heads, do it again. After 2 years in Brittany, the Naish Wave Party 3 has accepted an invitation this year from Pays Marennes Oleron and will be setting up on the beautiful beach at Huttes at Saint-Denis d’Oleron. The regional and departmental authorities are backing the event and all the local riders are sure to be there for this great board sports show. |

The programme… For starters, the presence of the Quicksilver, Roxy, Gotcha and Naish teams, appearances by various male and female world champions, plenty of exhibition riding and, for the first time, a round of mixed wave windsurf riding competition. It’s bound to be great atmosphere, a party worthy of the home of board sports and the aloha spirit, Hawaii itself, Robby’s home. This third Wave Party will be different from the previous two with surf making a surprise, to Wave Party regulars, appearance. Club Med is supporting the Naish Wave Party and it’s pro surf team, lead by Robert Teriitehau, will be on show. What’s more, the winner of the Club Med Wave Contest will win an all-in holiday for two. The Naish Wave Party is the only event able to bring together the biggest names from windsurf, kitesurf and surf in one place for four days of fun and action. And you can bet many of the best riders on the planet, male and female, will be present : Robby Naish, Robert Teritehau, Antoine Albeau, Thierry Belbeoc’h, Iballa and Daida Moreno, Teiva Joyeux, Jeff Hakman, Gary Elkerton… And for kitesurfing please note that Mark Shinn, Adam Koch, Abel Lago, Cédric Le Bourgocq and Cyril Coste will be in Oleron!!!
