The KWA will also gain this year a more responsible dimension regarding the risks of our sport by trying to catch the attention of the whole Kiteboarders community, professional or not, concerning the numerous dangers inherent to the practise of this extreme sport, supporting actively the Silke Gorlde Foundation, and the work done by its members.

Therefore, a non-compulsory contribution amounting to 100 Euros will be asked to riders to become active members of the KWA, 25% of which will be directly paid to the Silke Gorlde Foundation to support its action.

Finally, the launching of this fourth season of a World Championship, which seems to be once more very exciting, remains a great opportunity to remind us the indefectible support of MANU BERTIN, father of our sport, who is since the beginning the godfather of our organisation.
