"As the wind was blowing this morning on the Plage Richelieu in Cap d’Agde, and the forecasts looked promising, a possible start for the competition was hoped for around 12pm.
While waiting for suitable conditions, riders spent the day on other important duties, but unfortunately the wind never picked up."
