Airush boards 2004 Airush has been expanding in most countries and we are nr. One in Australia and Spain, where we outsell all other brands. Another country with where we are making great headway is the UK. We are now moving into the world largest market France, with the whole program. The board program for 2004 is by far the largest step we have taken design wise and we look forward to share an estimates 30% sales growth this year. | |
Switch "The Switch has undergone a complete transformation for 2004. This year outline is far shorter and wider, the rockerline uses a segmented sectional profile, rails are slightly sharper with no more sectional steps on the nose area. The result has proved astonishing; it is by far the greatest advancement in twin tip performance we have seen so far. Airush Switch 135: 135x39.3 Airush Switch 142: 142x41 Airush Switch 150: 150x43.2 Airush Switch 155: 155x45 Compact The Compact was born out of the new higher powered style of transitional freestyle riding. It’s short length and narrower width makes it ideal for handling more aggressive styles, yet it retains enough rail length and directional stability with the 6 fin layout to handle waveriding with ease. It has a controlled bite that is both direct and progressive, giving lots of feedback under critical loadings, allowing you to deal with the most powerful styles of riding easily. ![]() | Square One "The Square One was last years best selling kiteboard. It was the start of a new breed of twin tip which was a welcome companion to hundreds of new kiteboarding riders. The biggest of all the twin tip designs it’s volume, length and width make for very low power usage. The brand new Square One has thinner rails and is 2 cm shorter with rounded corners. Unusually for such a large board it is agile and responsive to give accurate feedback and carving ability under footpressure. It remains the fastest way to start kiteboading. Your ticket to get ripping in the shortest time possible. Now also with the top of the line Airush contour straps and G 10 fins. Airush Square One: 177x49 Square Two The Square Two is the smaller sibling to the Square One. In this size it is a more progressive board for a first time kiteboarder. Although it is not as easy as the Square One to learn with initially, it offers a huge amount of potential as your standards improve. The shape is taken from the largest Switch, and as such shares the phenomenal performance characterstics of this all-new series. Huge power range, phenomenal early planning, stability, ease and comfort make the Square two the ideal first time twin tip. Airush Square Two: 155x45 Fusion, Wakestyle, Wakeskate and Directional The Fusion Boards are the purist directional boards in the Airush range. Biased towards one direction they offer the ultimate in lateral stability and, as such, are ideal for carving moves. Airush Fusion 142: 142x36.2 Airush Fusion 150: 150x38.2 Airush Fusion 158: 158x41 Airush Fusion 168: 168x43 The distinction between Wakestyle boards and twin tips is becoming more of a fine line as the two boards overlap in size. There primary differences in performance between the two however remain. The Wakestyle is a very soft feeling board, thinner with more flex, it has a Dominatrix hull shaping, a single concave to flat with slightly rounded rails. Airush Wakestyle 136: 136x38 Airush Wakestyle 146: 146x40 The Wakeskate is another first concept board from Airush. It is a skate style board designed for freestyle fun on flat water days. Airush Wakeskate: 125x38.1 The 179 Directional remains in the range for 2004 being the most loved of these dedicated boards from the 2003 board line. Airush Directional 179: 179x41" |
The Misfit series "A concept board series holding three shapes, the Misfit range represents a diverse board style taken from varied riders all over the world. From the ultra short and wide 120 to Felix’s 90cm Maui blaster they are shapes that are all unique amongst themselves, a break from mainstream thinking. Airush Misfit 90x34 This is Felix’s signature board, at 90cm long, with no fins and only 35cm of width it sounds at least on paper to be a ver radical shape. In reality this board is surprisingly easy to use. Admittedly it needs a lot of power, yet when up and going it unsurprisingly has massive stability under heavy loadings. It puts out a characteristically huge rooster tail when ridden hard. Used with the 3D footstraps it feels tiny and extremely compact underfoot, allowing instant wakestyle moves, railies and high power moves without any swing weight. Airush Misfit 115x34.5 The second two boards in the Misfit range are both pure freestyle machines. The 115 holds less width and as such is slightly more conventional in riding style, whilst still being very short and agile for transitional work. As such it is idea as a more mainstream freestyle hull, ideal for board off moves, and more aggressive new school tricks in a medium to higher power environment. Airush Misfit 120x40.5 The Larger of the Two Misfit boards is a more radical freestyle oriented shape. Comparatively far more compact in outline, only 5cm longer, yet 5cm wider it has a much lower power requirement yet still retains the same swing weight. In light and medium winds it is a newschool freestyle machine. Its wide tail gives both grip and pop when leaving the water for good transitional height without having to move the kite too much. Once up there taking your board off, for transitional moves, spinning and manipulating it round, the 120 misfit makes new school moves easier than ever." More information on Airush: www.airush.com |

Schrok ervan toen ik er vorige week 1 optilde.
