Actually it's not that bad. Was on the beach earlier on - there's a good 23 - 25 knot westerly / south westerly.
For those of you who don't know - Cape Town has had some stormy weather the last two days. Cold winds from antarctica are mixing with warm air at the cost and bringing stormy conditions. Yesterday we had 35 knot + westerley winds, and today it seems to be lurking in the 20's.
In the process a ship has been brought to shore.
Here's some pics I took of the Stranded ship.
