Unfortunately the Alcatel Kitesurf Pro World Cup is suffering from the same lack of wind.

"2003 is a very special year for New-Caledonia. The ACK (Caledonian Kiteboarding Association) organized 5 competitions since January. None of them got enough wind to run the competition. They did not have this kind of conditions for years. That is very unusual for Noumea.
