Day 1 - Thurdays
The poor forecast on Monday yet again turned out to be incorrect. The winds blew strong from the North. The tide pulled away from the rocks and the Nine pro-riders and 5 fe-male pro-riders got ready for the competition. With the wind pumping through a little gusty at 25 to 35knts competitors had to show incredible hi-wind riding ability to get through the early rounds.
