OK we've gotthe oven working really well with analogue temprature control and a decent vacuum going through the rocker table so its all cooked in situ. Here are the first two working prototypes. The first one is carbon glass composite 120 x 38 stiff in the middle with flexi tips and 3 stage rocker 1.7kg bare. The second one is all carbon 140x40 3 stage rocker and under 2kg bare. The topside has been left fairly rough, but the undersides are nice a smooth with a top secret goo on the first one and clear laminate on the second one. Its more of a hobby at the moment, but we can do any shape/size/flex/rocker under £300 per board if anyone's interested. My uncle has been working with composites like this for 30 years and is one of the most experienced people in the country with these types of materials.
