Designed for the entry-level kite surfer, the JXT Series kites have a medium aspect ratio with a curved profile for added stability and quick, easy water launches. These inflatable kites are flown four-line using the unique JXT Power Control Safety System.
This system allows the pilot to release the majority of the kite's power whenever necessary. Size (m2) projected area (m2) Range of use 8 5,8 24-35 10 7,4 17-25 * 12 8,6 14-22 * 14 10,1 12-16 * 16 12,3 8-14 *
The JXT Series kites are constructed using the highest quality materials available to the industry. Designed for beginner kiters, these kites are built extra tough to handle the extra abuse that a beginner can deal out. Still , they are the most affordable entry-level kites on the market. The struts and leading edge: 180gr/m² reinforced DACRON. This material is incredibly durable and stretch resistant. The leading edge is made up of several straight segments, which give the kite a more rigid shape in gusty conditions. Using a DUAL SEAM process, the leading edge is constructed using a single flat seam on the inside and a 6 layer seam process for strong, rigid and smooth shape on the outside. The canopy: 45 gr/m² Polyester RIP-STOP for added mechanical resistance, durability and colour stability. Seams: Double stitched with Dacron tape reinforcement where the leading edge meets the canopy. Reinforcements: All chambers have Dacron reinforcements on the tips, front and back. The chambers are designed to seal out sand to avoid bladder damage. Wing Tips: The tips on the JXT series kites are soft(no battens) for safety reasons with beginners. Bladders: Polyurethane high density bladders. Valves: There are 2 valves on the leading edge, one is a non return for inflation, the other is a straight valve for fast, easy deflation. The valves also have rubber sand proof seal system to avoid getting sand between the bladder and rib when its deflated
