The south easter has been blowing in full force and I've had some good sessions with a few friends. After one particular good session with a bunch of friends in Melkbosstrand, I suggested we all do a road trip up the east coast - to kite and chill. Everyone was very keen on the idea and no more than a few days afterwards, 9 of us were on our way to a sick spot, only a few hours away from Cape Town.
We left early morning on a Thursday, expecting to take a slow drive and maybe have some breakfast on the way. Needless to say we were filled with anticipation, excited to hit warm flat waters. The long drive turned out to be a fast paced one, with Matthias driving up with me in my car. Between the two of us we had about 7 kites, 3 boards, a camera bag and one clothing bag each.

Kijken hoe hard voor de wind je die directional kunt landen zonder je poten te breken >:)

Sebastiaan had een 3 sterren sessie in Zandvoort met maar liefst 20 - 25 knots op zijn North Vegas (2011)
Due to the size of the lagoon, this place can easily get overcrowded. 5 kiters is about the limit. One beginner who doesn't know where to put his kite and make that 3 kiters max Lijkt me eigelijk helemaal nog niet zo klein:?
