Internal rules
1- Fees
Event fees :
•The organizer decides how and when competitors should pay the event fee.
PKRAspeed event fee :
•Competitors will have to pay the fee on inscription day, in cash & in euros, directly to PKRAspeed
press officer according to their statut. (first participation, etc...)
•First event of season = 50€ annual fee + 15€ press office
•Any other event = 15 € press office
NO fees for qualifications, only qualified riders will pay the main event fee
WSSRC should not be present during qualification session. It is also a protection guaranty for the record for
the main event competitors.Therefore, qualfications times won’t be notified in the WSSRC top list ranking for
further event qualifications.
(for 2006 world cup , competitors who have pay in fuerte 2005, will only pay next time in the first event of
2007 season)
2- This fee allows the competitor to be added on the « PKRA speed » managment mailing list if they wish, &
to take part on votes & reflexions about « PKRA speed » development if they wish.
3-As member of « PKRA speed » , the competitor has 1 vote if he specifies at any moment of the season
that he/she wants to become a voter.
4- The competitor will have online, a picture on the rider section at : www.kitespeedworldcup.com
5- When a rule modification needs to be done or a new decision to be taken :
a- first send the question or request to info@kitespeedworldcup.com
b- the question will be send on the « PKRA speed » voters mailing list.
c- every voters will have 7 days to vote
d- send back your vote at info@kitespeedworldcup.com
e- on the 8th day, votes are counted & decision taken on majority of voters.
f- the detailed results will be send on the « PKRA speed » voters mailing list
6- At least 1 meeting must be made during every event .

7- The « PKRA speed » press officer will be mandatate to :
Collect PKRA fees.
Update PKRA riders datas.
Update the PKRA website on a daily base.
Dispatch the informations through kiteboarding medias world wide.

The press office accomodation, food, internet connection will be provided by the local organisation.
The travel expenses will be refund, by PKRA directly to press officer, as soon as he has presented his bill +
justified travel documents.
