The second annual women’s specific kiteboarding clinic is to be held this year at the beautiful Oregon Coast! This is a beginner to intermediate clinic that focuses on learning to kitesurf waves or learning the fundamentals of trainer kite flying right on the beach complete with sand between your toes.
Learning to kite can be a challenge but with the expert guidance, of Slingshot regional team rider Laura Maher amongst others, the whole experience can be educational, friendly and most of all FUN!
To add to the overall experience we have included a 30 minute massage by fellow Slingshot kiteboarder and licensed massage therapist Danielle Machon. What better way to start or finish your day of kiteboarding than with a relaxing massage.
Laura Maher and fellow Slingshot regional riders will lead the instruction.
The cost is $100.00. This includes all day kite instruction, available demo Slingshot gear and the 30 minute massage. Preregistration is required. We will first meet at the Shipwreck parking lot in Fort Stevens State Park.
