Dag 2
2nd place PKRA Canada
After a good sleep I woke up and check out the window. Not so much wind... But you never know what’s going to happen here. The skippers meeting was at 10 o’clock the race director sad that the wind will pick up during the day.
We waited for 2 hours and than a big rain cloud came by it just mist us so we had no rain but it brought us some strong wind. I went out on my 10m. I was riding for 5min and than the wind dropped. The wind dropped so far that you could not even ride... But we were lucky cause the wind came back.

PKRA Canada
After a 7.5 hours flight we arrived in Toronto. We had a little stop there and the next flight went to Montreal. Arriving in Montreal we toke a shuttle bus to the hotel we had to spent the night there because our flight to Iles de Madeleine will leave the next morning.

Randy's update
Gisteren ben ik samen met Youri en Kevin vertrokken naar Canada voor alweer de 7e world cup wedstrijd van dit seizoen. De wedstrijd vindt plaats op een eiland in het Noord Oosten van Canada. Het eiland het Iles de la Madeleine.

24 augustus vertrokken we vanaf Amsterdam richting Canada, Toronto. Om 2 uur stapten we het vliegtuig in en vertrokken we richting Canada. De vlucht ging super snel en na 2 filmpjes en paar spelletjes sudoko en wat muziek kwamen we aan in Toronto.

In Toronto moesten we binnen 2 uur door alle zware beveiligingschecks heen en onze bagage weer opnieuw inchecken om richting Montreal te gaan. Toen ik door de duane wou gaan hielden ze mij al aan omdat ik een parfum flesje in mijn tas had zitten
