As seen on facebook and our instagram page we have released some pics of our new 2017 boards! We have had so many questions about the boards already it’s amazing to see.  We decided to take board making to the next level!  
We’re not using the original way of printing or the standard wood show, that’s all too normal for Fluid kiteboarding.
Our kites, team and development is on fire! Literally we are using a blow torch to burn the wood for the new 2017 boards.  Yes that’s right we’re not printing the wood we are burning our graphics into the core of the boards.  

This way every board is unique and no board will be exactly the same.  We’re showing off the natural side of kiteboarding combined with an amazing technique of designing a board.  
For the top we are burning the entire deck so that it shows the grain of the wood better.  It darkens the color of the wood slightly to a lot!

For the base we are burning our logo in with some graphics around it.
we’ve also added a new 3D film which has a pattern on/ in  it. 


The Minimalist  (Light wind - freeride - School)  


The Minimalist woodseries has a new base with 2 grip channels on each side of the rail. The Traction Grip Channels (TRC) will help you upwind and keep your board on track. This makes the Minimalist very easy and fun to ride. The Minimalist rides like a twintip, so even unhooked tricks are no problem with this board.  With just a length of 138cm it really feels like a normal sized twintip however you’ll feel that you have much more low end due to its width which is 47cm.

The Twoseven Woodseries by Gilion Goveia (Freestyle - Freeride - High Performance) 


The Fluid kiteboarding Twoseven has been totally redesigned by Gilion. As this is his signature board, it has been designed to perfection for high speed freeriding and freestyling.  The new Twoseven has been improved to perform in the most extreme conditions.  With a new 3D base with additional gripchannels this improves the boards performance / grip in extreme conditions.  No more skitting and sliding around.  Extreme conditions ask for extreme grip, even when riding very high speed to make those huge jumps or throwing exteme kiteloops.
