Some precisions concerning the shapes 2007 from François Pacou, shaper for Wave’s…
In 2006/2007 the TT range is evolving and is increased of a new model: the Initial, 141/41cm. It is aimed to school and to a sell by packs.
Beside this the model Pop 125, the Exentrix 138, the VFlex 138, and then the Initial 141.
« Making is getting thinner and there is new foil, new edges, the use of a carbon with a larger stitch to increase Pop and a major work to get concaves more stressed than in 2006. Repositioning of the fins on the POP.
The ABS of the edges is new and provides adhesion to the epoxy structure.
Fittings is getting brand new straps that are ultra comfortable and flexible on all our models. They are symmetrical to embrace the upper part of the feet the best and they are adjustable with velcro. »
The range of directional surf RIP contains from now on 4 models to fit all the expectations from the riders : 170 RIP All round, 170 RIP Gun, 155 RIP All round, 155 RIP Gun.
« The RIP range has slight changes more directed to the design than to the results since they work so well and are becoming the reference n the market. The range is getting wider with a RIP 155 Gun for big waves and strong wind. »
