Mårten Björnsson are a full time kite instructor from Sweden. During Sweden’s winter he emigrates to South Africa, Cape Town. Last year he preferred Ozone for his personal kiting and this year he is planning to change for Ozone for teaching as well. Together with many others he has helped us with input for the new kites and when we where in Cape Town we left him with some kites to try the end result.
His first time trying the Instinct Edge in "Jumpable" winds was when he entered a hang time competition where he ended up using the smallest kite and achieving the third best time, and also winning the masters. This is his letter about this:

Hi Guys.
I was fortunate enough to get a couple of Instinct Edge left with me here in Cape Town SA. I got them on Thursday, two days before the Edge Hard Big Air Comp in Table View. Matt from Ozone left me with an Edge 9m and one Edge 11m and the forecast was great for the competition. I was planning to get the feel for the kite and work on the timing during Friday but there was not enough wind.
Competition day came and so did the world’s best kiters. The waves where great but there was hardly any winds and half day went before we could start. I was a little nervous since this was my first real ride with the kite and I was also having the smallest kite in the air. Everyone else had 14m and a few 12m kites, all flats but two or three traditional C-kites.
The Instinct Edge really delivers, in no time I was dialed in and the jumps you can get on 11m in no wind just blows my mind. I managed to get the third best time and I won my class.
Those of you who are into high jumps and some real hang time - try the Instinct Edge. This is like nothing I have used before.
Thanks for the kites guys!
