I'm a huge fan of kite-looping etc, but I wouldn't recommend this video as the one to go to for any novice when learning. So much ground is not covered (the 'yank', Position over the board on landing, proper equipment etc) while other variables are dismissed as 'just go for it' and 'oh yeah you can break your shoulder if you don't do this'.
it IS a higher injury risk jump, especially if you understand what's happening throughout the entire process and other videos do a much better job detailing the progression stages.
