The 2007 Edition of the Mambo Event Set to Take Place at the End of November
One of the premier Aussie events of the year is set to begin later this month. The 26th annual Mambo Classic in Marimbula is judged on a mixture of wave riding, amount of time spent in the water, and amount of time spent at the event parties.
Naish team rider JB Messenger (AUS) is looking to step up his top 5 finish from last year.
“The Mambo is a great event”, said Messenger. “It gives all the riders a shot to not just have a heat to get to show their stuff, but an entire weekend.”
Keep an eye out for Naish rider Andy Yates (AUS) as well as he tries to keep his national wave title alive.
