The Thrill is the most all-round board from the Xelerator range. The board has more flex which makes it a comfortable and easy board to ride. The rounder outline makes the board turn super smooth and makes the board more forgiving. The Thrill can also be used for waveriding due to its more rounded outline and flexi tips. The bigger sizes are suited for both beginners as the heavier guys. The smaller sizes are great allround performance boards.
Kick Freestyle
The Kick is a high energy shape that will let you boost the biggest moves. The Kick has excellent responsiveness and handling for advanced riders and likes powerful rail to rail transitions. Compared to last years model the tips are slightly wider to help with soft landings and added low- end power. The scratch resistant bottom will make the board a top contender on Kickers and sliders too.
Lowrider The Lowrider is designed to perform in Light and gusty conditions. The flat center part of the rocker and the energetic flex will get the most out of the light winds. The Low rider goes upwind with the power of a big wide board and still maintains the loose feeling of a small board. Due to the responsive flex you will still be able to hold the rail even if the wind gets stronger.
Epic waveriding directionals
Xelerator introduced the first Surf Fish in 2005 where it was test winner in Germany. In 2007 Kiteworld tested the Epic as “one of the easiest boards to ride and that performs with the bestâ€.
2008 For 2008 we have continued improving our successful shapes. Our boards continue to redefine wave riding. The new boards are slightly bigger with more buoyancy for usage with smaller kites for more dedicated surf performance.
Quad fins Completely new for 2008 is our Fish range with Quad fin setup. The versatility of these boards for lighter wind and less than perfect wave conditions is hugely appreciated by most of our team riders. If there is enough wind to fly a kite then you can ride this board!!
Podium At last months Wave Masters in Porthcawl, Wales two Xelerator team riders made it to the podium in both men’s and ladies division using the Epic Fish 5’8â€."
