We just got back from an action packed Kite Adventures Asia tour traveling through Thailand and Vietnam. There were 6 to our group and luckily everyone made it out alive! After a 24-hour trip from New York to Bangkok, we were so wired that we couldn’t sleep even the 3 hours allotted to us before our next flight at 6am the next morning.
We flew out to Ko Samui, a little island about an hour south from Bangkok. This was the most unique airport I’ve ever seen. Everything including the baggage claim and the ticket counter were located outside. They also had a couple of mach temples set up, just to get you into the spirit.
