I spend a fair amount of the year travelling and a few years ago I became fixated on the idea of building a one board / Foil / compact kite quiver so that I could have a setup to take everywhere.
The concept was that all your gear needed to fit into one bag; board, foil, 2 kites, bar, harness, wetsuit etc and be under 23 Kg. I wanted to be able to surf, surf foil, foil, wave ride and very importantly it needed to be gear that you would choose to ride every day.
Out of this project the Airush Ultra, Airush Mini Monster Convert, AK 1300 Surf foil and the AK Ether were born.
