François-Xavier ABONNENC has started his career in photography in 1995. Year when he enters in the archives at Sipa Press Agency. Its there he learns the job and makes his first publications.
Summer 1998, he discovers Kiteboarding. He starts riding a few month later and then, decides to axe all his work on this new and exciting sport.
Hes now collaborating with many Kiteboarding magazines across the world. His work has been published several times in the general press, and has been used in advertisings.
