That was my question over a year ago. Now one year later, I know not only who Jan Gordner is, but also what his boards are like – I have even taken the step in becoming his “team-Rider†as they say.
If you are an old windsurfer, and unless you have been hidden in a cave since the last ice age, then you will know that Jan Gordner is a board shaper who has shaped and delivered boards to some of the best windsurfers in Denmark. Danish champions such as Lars Petersen and Mads Tømming are but a few of the Danish surfers who have screamed over the wave-tops and somersaulted over the waves at Klitmølle on Jan Gordner boards. Jan has also shaped and delivered boards in association with Minstrel and Open Ocean.
So where has he been hiding these last years?
