10th Anniversary Issue of Kiteboarding Magazine featuring Lou
Kiteboarding Magazine had its 10th Anniversary last month.
As you may already know, Wainman Hawaii's own Lou Wainman appeared on the cover. His appearance on the premier cover a decade ago, combined with his continued presence and innovation in the sport today, made the editor's choice for this historic cover an easy decision. In a classic scene from Kite Beach in Maui, Lou is throwing one of his sick, already classic, unhooked tricks that he mastered over 10 years ago.
While the sport has progressed to the point where unhooked moves are common tricks in every intermediate riders bag, Lou still stands out with his unique style and flow.
This issue of Kiteboarding Magazine is an instant classic, and a must have in every kiters collection. Part history lesson, and part crystal ball into the future, it will serve as the definitive record of this young sports colorful past, while providing a look at where its headed.
It also clearly shows Lou Wainman's many contributions, which account for Kiteboarding being the sport it is today.
To celebrate this 10th anniversary along with Kiteboarding Magazine, we have come up with an excuse to give out some great Wainman Hawaii schwag.
All correct answers submitted in the next 30 days will be entered in a raffle to win one of 10 Wainman Hawaii T-Shirts!
And the question is: How many pictures of Lou appear in the 10th anniversary issue of Kiteboarding Magazine? (Sequences count as 1).
Send your answers, along with contact info and t-shirt size, to: quiz @ wainmanhawaii.com
