I just finished having breakfast. Five pieces of passion fruit, two of mango, two of watermelon, two of pineapple, half banana, a big bowl of cornflakes and an omelet, it’s all you need to have energy during all day.
We’ve been already two weeks here in Kenya. The training is being very successful. I’m evolving a lot my level. And I have incredible conditions to ride.
These days, I have also spent a lot of time in front of the computer. Studying online has many advantages, like being able to stay one and a half month in Mwazaro Beach, and to keep following my studies at the same time.
But now I’ve passed the first quarter, I can say it has been much harder than in the attendance school. The topics are really extensive. The tasks are very long. Too many things to do in a short time. However, in the high school, it depends on the teacher. If he wants to explain all the content, or he thinks it’s better to go for other ones.
I’ve also had the opportunity to do a little safari along the river that is near the spot. It has been great to enter the mangroves, see small crocodiles, different types of birds, monkeys, giant crabs …
In the future we plan to visit the city of Mombasa and Diani, and how not, to do a safari in the closest park Tsavo East. A little of tourism, haha!
