Ziet er juist "clean" uit IMO. Weet nu al bijna zeker dat ik dit op m'n kites wil.

We just had our photo shoot and the team liked the Matrix the best. They also liked the Whip our super high aspect kite that is the top jumper and up wind ability kite. This kite was my favorite.

All Wipika kites will have a 5th line relaunch system but the Whip will probably also have the 4-line relaunch system. This system rocks! and is so simple you can just take it off if you choose not to use it but I do not see why you would not want it since it does not effect the kites performance and it makes relaunching a snap. Now we can design kites that fly better and not worry about relaunchability! The Windwing Rage will have a zipper in the canopy above the center strut to make the kite fly further back in the window and the High aspect Windwing will be similar to the Whip since it is by the same designer and both kites will have our 4-line relaunch system.

We will be publisizing this system soon but I want to give Toby a chance to post it first to promote the forum. This system will not be patanted because patants are a joke and they suck because they inhibit the growth of our sport. We do not want to be greedy so we will inform the whole forum on how simple it works and how you can convert any kite by adding a wingtip batten and some rings and some line. The higher the aspect the kite is the better the system works. This will be our free gift to promote the sport by allowing everyone to use higher aspect kites without sacraficing relaunchability. This system also solves a lot of the problems of other relaunch systems so I think it is by far the best and can be used with any bar that has a centerline safety system. :9 :9

The 5th line relaunch will depower the kite for handle passes but most of the pros are going with the leash to the chickenloop so the kite remains flying at the top of the window. Just make sure your lines are even if you do this and expect to get drug for a bit until the kite gets to the apex of the window. 8)
