Best Kiteboarding is looking for a sales rep that will be covering rest of world territory.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Account maintenance
Developing and implementing marketing plan for territory
Works to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas
Develops annual sales strategy which details activities to follow during the fiscal year
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction, as well as keeping track of inventory levels, sales, successes and any concerns
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate well with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
Managing the Account Receivable balance of each account
Plan season forecasts with all accounts
Profile
Engaging personality with 3-5 years of sales or sales experience, preferably within the industry
High level of professionalism with attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
Outstanding communication skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills (with the ability to recommend solutions)
Excellent in English written and oral, plus a minimum of 2 other languages
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experienced in leading complex negotiations
Passion for watersports
