So things have gone a bit quite on Kite Nation over the past week, partly due to the lack of wind across the country but also due to other projects we are working on. But nothings really changed, we’re still moving onwards - in fact we got a big box of Kite Nation t-shirts just yesterday!! The only thing that we’ve decided is not to rush the DVD out - the response for all areas of the kiting community in the UK has been amazing, so we realise we need to get this done right, so we’ll probably continue to film through the Autumn to get some of those great days that September and October deliver. The next couple weeks will be very quite because myself and Pete are off to Cabarete to film for another DVD project - this ones a prequel to our Progression Intermediate instruction DVD. In partnership with IKO with the being plan to give the definitive beginners guide to kitesurfing, its just lucky for us that the IKO is based in Cabarete, as I hear it’s a pretty nice place to go kiting. You can find out more about this at fatsand.com news site. Anyway, hope you all get some wind in the UK and make sure you check back from time to time as we’ve got Jon in the office making a couple of small web movies, highlighting some of the action we’ve filmed in Worthing and Cornwall.
