Waveriding Europe is preparing themselves for superswell hitting the coast on Monday (today); from Ireland till Portugal. Winterstorm Hercules moved to Europe after playing around on the east coast of the USA (throwing out 60cms of snow).
On the Atlantic they already measured waves exceeding 20 metres. Experts expect the biggest swell in 30 year....

When you see black on a swell graph, it’s usually a good sign for the big wave surfing elite. However, when is big surf too big? The massive storm predicted to slam Europe and North Africa on Monday is much larger than the Atlantic’s infamous and deadly “Perfect Storm,” also known as the Halloween Nor’easter of 1991. Damage from the Perfect Storm totaled over $200 million according to NOAA.gov, clocking in 75 mph winds, and killing thirteen people.
