Voor mij niet groter dan een 10m one strut kite met foilen. 

Ik vaar zelf lightwind met een 18m Juice en een 152 Spike Textreme lightwind twintip en dan werkt het prima. Big is better. Maar ben ook 105kg. Lightwind is voor mij dan ook 10 tot 15 knopen. 

Maar voor foilen is de Juice langzaam en niet noodzakelijk on zoveel extra geld aan te besteden.  

Het board is in mijn ogen belangrijker dan een grotere kite.

For me, it totally depends on the type of riding you're going to be doing in light winds.

Foiling for example - 100% Smaller kite is better Something like the Core XLite Kite

But what about freestyle? or freeride? whats better then?

Waketsyle tricks then the larger kite in smaller winds is better, You don't need to move the kite much and you want power and pop as soon as you dig in the rail of the kiteboard. for me, something like the Core GTS Kite, Larger kites win.

Freestyle This one I would like a smaller faster-flying kite, sometime you will not have the power to do the trick you want and that sucks but most of the time you will with the fast-flying speed of these kites Like the North Pulse Kite.

Freeride: 100% larger kite, If you're just cruising around, up and down and the odd back roll or jump then the larger kites will do all you need for sure. Look at something like the Ocean Rodeo Prodigy Great Freeride kite.

So it does help to think about the style of riding you will be doing before you buy your next kite for light winds.
