What a way to start the new year. Januari 1th. 2025 the strongest conditions in a quite a while, windspeed gusting up to 60 knots at Jamie Overbeek flatwater homespot Workum NL.
Amongst the F-one Trigger / Brainchild sizes 8 and 7 he did take out the size 5 for a spin to check out the doubles, even landed a triple first try on it. As the winds got even stronger later on in the session he switched to the size 7 for jumps only and got rocketet up in a major gust hitting 36,02 mtr. Again this close to the world record gives confidence that the WR is within reach.
