Two new freestyle events have been added for the 2013 season: one in Pingtan, China and the other in Argentina. Three new slalom events have also been added: Fuerteventura, China and Argentina. The events of Morocco-Essaouira, Australia and South Africa have officially been canceled.
The first slalom event of the year is in Mexico, it is only a couple weeks away and a perfect place to start the season. Riders will have a chance to take home some of the $11,000 in prize money and get a lead in the Slalom World title race. This is the first time that the slalom world championship will be given over a full season and it is a great opportunity for up and coming riders to claim a world title. If you like more information about this event go to PKRA website.
