Slingshot Announces the 2007 Global Team - November 15, 2006 - Slingshot HQ, Stevenson, WA, USAA new year with new faces and a new mission! The Slingshot Crew is super amped to present the line up for the 2007 Global Rider Team. A new year brings a lot of new faces to the Slingshot family. So let's take a look what the future holds. 
Name: Ben Wilson best known for his pioneering spirit and masterful skill in kitesurfing. Country: Australia Style: Kitesurfing Quiver: LINK kites and the SRT surfboard 
Name: Mark Doyle spending most of his days between Brazil and the USA teaching others all of the freestyle moves he help to innovate. Country: USA Style: Freestyle Quiver: LINK / T2 kites and the Misfit 136 board 
Name: Jeff Tobias returning from a year off the water is now back stronger than ever ready to blow minds once again! Country: USA Style: All Around Quiver: Link / T2 kites and SX / SRT boards 
Name: Ruben Lenten dubbed the Dutch destroyer redefines what POWER and precision riding are all about. Country: Holland Style: Freestyle Quiver: Fuel kites (The wasp and the B-series) 
Name: Remi Meum undoubtedly the most advanced and stylish wake-style snowkiter on the hills. Country: Norway Style: Wake-style snowkiting Quiver: Fuel kites 
Name: Youri Zoon leading the PKRA charge with his unmistakable technical skill and innovative moves. Country: Holland Style: Freestyle Quiver: Fuel kites

Fokke had een 5 sterren sessie in Kijkduin met maar liefst 10 - 14 knots op zijn Takoon Furia LTD (2010)
-DAVE- had een 5 sterren sessie in Wijk aan Zee met maar liefst 16 - 23 knots op zijn SlingShot Fuel (2006)
stefkiter had een 4 sterren sessie in Borssele met maar liefst 25 - 35 knots op zijn Core GTS (2011)
Ruben Doet niet meer aan de ''race'', ik kan me nog een quote herinneren:

Overigens hoorde ik net van Edwin schaap dat er een videootje is van ruben die beloofd volgend jaar mee te doen aan t NK mits er bft 5 of meer is. Als hij GEEN eerste word zal hij zijn reet aan elkaar laten piercen. Het filmpje volgt als het goed is binnekort. All credits go to Edwin.:D
