We are stoked to let you know that we are now manufacturing our own hydrofoil products in our factory in Vietnam.

The Factory build.

We started this hydrofoil project entirely from scratch, not only with an innovative design but also by building our own factory to produce the foils. We use the same quality control and order process for the foils that we do for our kites, twin tip boards and paragliders. The foil factory is an extension of our building where we make our boards. We set up this new process over the last 2 years, and are extremely happy with the results.

Our first two products on the OS today are a kitesurf freeride, full carbon hyrdofoil and an innovative, lightweight board perfectly suited to the hydrofoil. We have plans to expand the range to include the WING market but please be patient, right now we have finsihed our performance freeride kite foil. Our mast and fuselage will be compatible for the WING market.

APEX FREERIDE FOIL BOARD

The Apex is a lightweight, low volume freeride foil board that is built ultra strong using top of the line materials and construction techniques. It offers endless potential for freeride cruising, carving waves or ripping as fast as you possibly can! See some of its unique features:

High Rocker
A forgiving outline and large surface area makes takeoff and transitions easy, while the high rocker and beveled rails smoothen touchdowns and reduce catching or nose-diving.

Low Volume foil board

The Apex is a lightweight, low volume freeride foil board that is built ultra strong using top of the line materials and construction techniques.

Large EVA deckpad
The Apex features a large EVA deckpad providing comfortable grip, it can be ridden strapless or strapped with reinforced M6 inserts offering various stance options.

Dual slot mounting system

Unique dual slot mounting system with our custom low profile Titanium T-Nut Deck Washers provide an incredibly strong mast to board connection and makes for quick and easy adjustment of the mast position.

APEX PERFORMANCE FREERIDE HYDROFOIL

The Apex performance hydrofoil is designed primarily for Kite Foiling with endless potential for freeride cruising, jumping, carving the flats and waves or ripping as fast as you possibly can! The Apex hydrofoil perfectly matches with the Apex board, both are designed and built ultra tough using top of the line materials and construction techniques.

Fuselage 68cm
Constructed for maximum stiffness and strength from a full carbon mono block. Our unique Beamed Tuttle Box design increases strength at the mast to fuselage connection.

Surface finish
All carbon parts are painted with Resene Durepox, an ultra high quality epoxy urethane paint used in performance marine environments such as Americas Cup racing yachts.
